FAQ

What is self-storage?

Self-storage is a storage rental service where customers store and secure their own goods. V-Box ensures the safety and cleanliness of the entire facility and provides loading assistance when needed.

Customers can rent for any duration they need, from a few days to several years. Customers do not need to worry about the safety or cleanliness of their stored goods. Customers can access their unit at any time within V-Box’s operating hours — no appointment required.

V-Box currently operates 2 storage branches conveniently located within 15–30 minutes of the city centre and major districts including District 1, 2, 7, 9, Bình Thạnh, and Tân Bình.

All V-Box locations are situated in unrestricted zones, allowing trucks and containers to access the facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

V-Box does not provide goods handling or fulfilment services. All activities related to stored goods are managed solely by the customer.

V-Box offers two types of storage units: standard (ambient) units and climate-controlled (cool) units.

Standard units reflect ambient temperature and humidity. Climate-controlled units are maintained at 23–25°C with relative humidity below 50%.

Customers are welcome to tour the facility during office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, with staff always on-site. For a site visit outside these hours, please contact our sales hotline to schedule an appointment.
