Both facilities meet fire safety standards with automatic fire detection systems, wall-and-roof fire suppression, and more than 20 pairs of CO2 and dry-powder extinguishers throughout the warehouses. Semi-annual inspections are conducted by the local fire authority.
V-Box maintains facility liability insurance and limited goods value insurance in partnership with MSIG. For high-value belongings, customers are advised to add supplementary personal insurance coverage.
