HOW LONG CAN I RENT A UNIT FOR?

Our minimum lease is 01 month.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY UNIT?

Once you have selected and booked your unit, you will be provided with an access card which allows you to enter the facility at your convenience. Your individual unit is secured with your own padlock which you can purchase from V-Box if you need.

MAY I COME AND VISIT V-BOX TO SELECT AND BOOK MY UNIT?

Absolutely. Feel free to contact us to arrange an appointment and one of our staff will be available.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES?

You can either deliver and store your goods by your own transport or book V-BOX transport services. Our service can transport anything from a few boxes to any amount of furniture. Contact us today to arrange.

DO YOU PROVIDE CORPORATE BILLING AND RED INVOICES?

We certainly do. Our staff will work with your staff to ensure billing and payments are easily arranged and documented.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY UNIT?

V-Box offers a variety of ways to pay. We accept bank transfer, cash, and credit card payment at our warehouse or via our online portal. Our accounting team will provide you a monthly invoice and payment receipt.

CAN I RENT MULTIPLE UNITS?

We can arrange however many units that suit your needs. Contact our staff to discuss.

WHAT ARE YOUR LEASE TERMS? ARE THERE ITEMS WHICH I AM NOT ALLOWED TO STORE?

Our minimum lease is 1 month. Although most items are allowed in our facility, we do prohibit flammable goods (fireworks, batteries, liquids, food, raw food, dried seafood) and a some other items in order to ensure the safety of all our clients’ items. Contact our sales staff to learn more.
